My website is silviafdez.art

I put a video in the header and it looks good on desktop but not on mobile and tablet devices.

I read that your Header Enhancement Plugin could solve the problem, but I tried it and it still doesn’t work.

What can I do?

@silviafn: Hello there,
I checked your site and all I see is white space in the Header Media section. When I checked the video URL you used and tried to open it it says Video can't be played because the file is corrupt.
