Hi, I am using Catch base theme. I am having three issues:
1. unable to edit footer. When I click on edit area the cursor moves to some other place in editor. I don’t know to control this.
2. Site logo and background image is not appearing when I activate theme however these can be seen on theme test drive preview.
3. I have changed featured content to home page; it is working on theme test drive preview but not working when I activate for live.
Need your help.

@adnash17: Can you tell me how you are editing your footer?

The changes not working when the website is live may be a browser cache issue. Please clear your browser cache and let me know if the issue persists.

Dear Skandha, thanks alot for your response. I have checked and cleared all system browser and wordpress cache even then problem persist.

I have changed featured content to home page and select content type to featured page content; it is working on theme test drive preview but not working when I activate for live, infact we I activate theme both content type displays i.e. demo and featured page.

I am using wordpress editor; appearance–>editor.

@adnash17: I suggest you not to edit core theme files without creating a child theme because all you edits and customization will get lost when you update your theme.

Please try doing a fresh installation of the theme and deactivating all plugins. Follow this link to know more about plugin conflict with our themes.
Also make sure you are publishing after making changes in the customizer.

Let me know if the issue still persists.
