Hi dear!

I wanna install social icons in a left sidebar like in the demo of the theme bold photography.

How can I implement this?

In the instructions it say :

How to add custom social links?

Go to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Social Links Custom”
Then under “Number of Custom Social Icons” change the desired number of custom links you want to show
Under Title, Image, Hover Image (Optional) make changes as per requirement
Finally, click on “Save & Publish”

But in my wordpress installation there is no Social Link Custom

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => View All Locations => Floating Social Menu => Create New Menu => Give the menu a name and Click Next.
Now Click on Add Items => Custom Links => Insert the URL and Text.

Wow, yes, great! That works. But I would also like to open the link in a new window.

Can I use a
target=”_blank”

in it?

@svenmagnus: Hello Sven,
To open the social icon links in new tab
Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Menus => On top right you should see Screen Options => Click on it and Check the option Link Target.

Now, on Select a menu to edit: Select your Social Menu and Click on Select.
When you click on a social menu item you should find the Open link in a new tab Checkbox option.
