Hi there,

Please help me. I have a strange problem with the Catch Everest Theme. The width of my images in the featured post slider changes without me touching anything. It seems the width of the slider images changes randomly and they all become shorter. The width of  top part of my website where the logo should be, changes randomly too. The width becomes longer. After couple of days or hours everything becomes to the normal sizes I had and this cycle continues.

Please help me, I am so frustrated and I really don’t know what to do.

@Afsoon: Can you send me your site url and also send me screenshot of the problem. I need to see it to understand what are you trying to say. Then image should be working fine. But yes if you upload larger image in the slider it will crop to the exact size of Width: 1140px and Height: 450px.

If you are using custom header logo, just upload your logo and then don’t crop and publish it. Also when you upload more then one image. Don’t click on Random. It will show you random image.

I think I found the problem for the slider bar images, thanks.

I still can’t find out what is the problem with my custom logo section. I only uploaded one image. I created a  white rectangle  width: 150 px and height: 31.25 px and put my logo on the left side of rectangle and created a jpg. When I wanted to upload the image I selected the whole rectangle with the crop tool and It was working fine for couple of weeks. Now the logo size looks the same but it seems the theme adds white space around the width of the rectangle. I tried to upload the image again and skipped the cropping but nothing changed. Can you think of anything that I need to do?

@Afsoon: I check your site and your uploaded image is this http://gazelledesignstudio.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/cropped-copy-cropped-gazelle-icon-+text-19.jpg which width is 600px and height is 113px.

So, what is the issue there. Also I would like to tell you that there is padding around the image. So, can you tell me what are you trying to do. Maybe, you can upload the screenshot of what you want and past the link here.

Hi Sakin,

I want to remove the extra white space above and below the logo. I could mange to remove the extra space above the logo by adding this

#site-logo, hgroup.with-logo { padding-top: 20px; } 

to custom CSS box. But I am not able to delete the white space below the logo.
