There is no option to upload the logo image. There is only a white solid shape that can either be set as a square or as a circle.

Can someone please help?

@yemyth007 : Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Appearance => Site Editor
In the site editor click on site logo section just above the site title and you can upload the site logo. Save your changes and you can have a site logo on your site. Let me know if you are still having difficulty adding the site logo.

I have the same problem, there’s no upload button showing up. I added the site icon to the theme and it shows on my browser tabs, but not on the actual site.

@yemyth007 & @bdp_garage : WordPress has changed the template and template part sections. So, now you have to edit the Header Elements from Template Parts.
1. Go to “Appearance => Editor => Patterns”
2. Here you need to Click on “Header” in Template Parts and then click on “Header (With Centered Nav – Default)”
3. Then click on “Site Logo” and then you can Add or Replace the logo as per your need.
4. Save your changes and you can have a site logo on your site.
