I’ve not long updated to the latest CatchBox Free WordPress theme, and some serious problems have occurred. Firstly, the Customise sections won’t load on my website http://www.thevillablogger.com to make any necessary changes.

Also, my logo in the Header section is now showing up twice since the update. Can anyone please help me to resolve this issues.

@seanywoo: Custom Header was added in latest Catch Box version so you are seeing two images. You will need to disable custom header by going following link with admin logged in ( since customizer is not loading in your context ):
    http://www.thevillablogger.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header
We are trying to resolve the customizer issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.
Let me know if any problem occurs.

    Regards,
    Mahesh

Thank you very much for your help, I’ve done what you said and the problem was resolved, but there is no other way of getting to the customiser without the link you provided.

Since the the update, I’ve also noticed that my iPhone app icon doesn’t appear on my iPhone or anyone else’s any more, which is ashamed. Hopefully you guys who do a great job, will sort these little problems out soon.

    Regards

    Glenn

@seanywoo: Is the customizer working fine with other themes (WordPress core themes)? Please check and let me know.

    Regards,
    Mahesh
