Hello here I am agin,

After not using my site for a while I went back to check and noticed the scrolling is totally wobbly in Chrome browser. I changed absolutely nothing on my site. WordPress suggested to try deactivating the catch-infinite-scroll plugin to test but that changed nothing so i reactivated it.

Can you please test my site in chrome and tell me what to do?

I’m sorry to have to say so but yes the site is still wobbly.

Is it not wobbly anymore on your end?

Other people sent me messages to tell me my site is wobbly so it is not just me or my computer or my Chrome..

Hello!

I haven’t done anything yet and things have changed. On this page https://manonwethly.com/#section1 there are squares around the images and names underneath. They weren’t there before… Can you please remove them again?

I am really scared that more things will change when I deactivate the plugins. Everything worked perfectly fine before…

Can you please change that page back and reassure me before i deactivate the plugins?

The names underneath the squares weren’t there before either. I think I put them in white but i can’t remember how. Can you please change that back too?

I’m still worried about the plugins. Can i really deactivate them without doing damage? Two important plugins are the one from instagram and the one with the portfolio galleries. If I ruin those almost the whole site is ruined. I’m sorry for being so cautious but i have worked on my site for weeks and everything was finally how i wanted it to be.

I deactivated and reactivated infinite scroll plugin and that didn’t change anything. I just wanted to let you know before I start deactivating other things…

I have made the captions white so that they are not visible.

What you can do is leave the plugins which are very crucial for your site activated and deactivate all other plugins and see if the issue gets resolved.

Also Can you check if the issue occur only on Chrome on Mac or even Safari and other browsers?

Hello Skandha,

So weird,

I replied but it isn’t showing here…

Anyway… I deactivated all plugins except for the portfolio and the instagram plugin. Nothing changed after even clearing the cache and reloading.

The issue occurs on all computers but only in Chrome. For example not in Safari or on mobile.

I just tested the site on a pc in chrome and it is not wobbly on pc but only on Mac .. it seems.

Unfortunately I work on a Mac 🙁 and so do my clients.

I also just noticed that it only happens when you scroll with the mouse and not when you scroll with that scrollbar on the right.I tried with a different mouse too but the result is the same.
