Hello,
The responsive menu is not showing in the customization preview or when actually resizing browser. The sub-menu for the responsive view flashing for a second then goes away. If you need a link to my site it will need to be private.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and remove the following CSS Code.

.menu-toggle-wrapper {
	display:none !important;
}

Let me know if this works out!
