I’ve been using the latest version of Catch Katmandu Pro (Release date: 4th February, 2014). After updating to WordPress 4.1 a few days ago, my Secondary & Footer Menu are no longer showing up in Mobile Devices. I have Responsive Design *Enabled*, and checked to “Enable* Secondary & Footer Menu in Mobile Devices.

If I check to *DISABLE* Responsive Design, the Secondary & Footer Menus do show up on mobile devices, but the website is no longer optimized for either desktop or mobile, i.e., the default images and fonts became extraordinarily large on desktop version.

@Norbert: It’s strange as it’s working fine in our server. I have set it “Primary and Secondary Menus” and then checked option “Enable Secondary & Footer Menu in Mobile Devices” in “Appearance => Theme Options => Responsive Design”.

If you are not getting after this then please share your site URL and then I will check if I can find any issue looking at your site. Also sometime, there might be plugin conflict, so try disabling plugin one by one to check in if there is any plugin conflict.

Hi Sakin, thank you for responding. The site url is http://binggou.cn.com/

We have set up “Primary and Secondary Menus”, and then checked option “Enable Secondary & Footer Menu in Mobile Devices” under “Appearance => Theme Options => Responsive Design”.

It all works fine on desktop, but on mobile there is still a bug on the default home page, i.e., neither the Secondary or Footer Menu show up on the opening home page (on Mobile Devices). If you click on the header logo (which redirects to the home page) or any other link and navigate somehow to an inside page, the the Secondary or Footer Menu mysteriously do show up. But the error described above still persists on the default opening home page on Mobile Devices. As I said this bug onkly surfaced a few days ago. I deactivated several plugins (not all of the plugins yet) but it made no difference.

@Norbert: Looks like there is issue with your plugins, conflicting with our menu script
catchkathmandu-allmenu.min.js. So, can you try disabling plugin and check in,

OK. Thanks. It does work fine on iPhone, which is positive, but not on Blackberry 10. We’ll test the plugins and try to identify and unmerge the menu js file.

    Thanks again.
