If you have two gravatar from plugin then you need to disable that plugin or you can add css to hide one.

To remove the post meta in the post. Just add the following css in your “Custom CSS” box in Theme Options panel.
footer.entry-meta { display: none; }

This site http://www.administradores.com.br is different then our theme. So, for that you need to hire customizer to do to customization. try Tweaky and http://jobs.wordpress.net/

To add pages in your post or page when you have long text just add the following code where you want to break the content <!--nextpage-->
