Hello,

I am using Euphony Free WordPress Theme and I have a header video on the home page, which works fine for the desktop version, however it does not work for mobile/tablet versions. For preview mode it seems to work fine for both versions, but when I actually load the page on live tablets/mobile phones, it shows a static header image instead.

What should I do to get the video to show on the home page for all devices?

@jd-marketing: Hello there,

Header Video not showing on screen size below 900px width is a Default WordPress Feature. To have the Header Video showing on mobile devices you will need to use our Header Enhancement Plugin.

Is there a way to autoplay the video? Maybe a CSS code?

It used to autoplay for the desktop version before and now it’s no longer autoplaying even for the desktop version.

@jd-marketing: Hello there,

I am afraid using the free version of the plugin the sound is enabled and autoplay is disabled by default. To have the video autoplay you will need to upgrade to the pro version of the plugin. You can check out the additional-features available in the pro version of the theme.
