@chrismougins: You cannot update pro theme like you update free theme .To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from https://catchthemes.com/my-account/page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/

I done that, i downloaded from my account page and used Catch Updater, it’s not the first time that i update version. I’m client my payment is available until December 17, 2018 :

Sorry for my bad english, i wanted to write that i knew what you wrote in your answer, i updated my theme several times and never have problem but yet when i want to update for the 3.9.4 version it doesn’t work 🙁
