I have been working on my web site using Catch Base Pro 3.9.2 in Classic mode and today when I started work on a post I got this:
WordPress has detected that your site is running on an insecure version of PHP.
What is PHP and how does it affect my site?
PHP is the programming language we use to build and maintain WordPress. Newer versions of PHP are both faster and more secure, so updating will have a positive effect on your site’s performance.
Is this PHP update included in your current 4.0.2 or is there some other issue that I’m unaware of?
Since 3.9.2 had been working fine for me, I didn’t see a reason to update to 4.0.2.
