With the newest wordpress version, there is no button “add media” and I cannot add a media player, that looks like in the demo of audioman pro.

is there maybe somewhere a dump of the contents used in the demo?

@tobisk: Firstly you will need to create a new page or a post and add the required block.
Add New Block => Formatting => Classic Block => Add Media => Create Audio Playlist => Select your audio files and Click on Create a New Playlist and Publish.

After creating the playlist you can assign it from the customizer. Let me know if this helps you out.
