Greetings,

So im a newbie to WordPress and im getting so frustrated with a couple things for now.
One is how can I remove the author name on each post? It says posted by admin but I want to remove it completely. I’ve tried 2 plugins and they didnt work, also 2 different CSS code and they didnt work either. What am I doing wrong?

Second is, on the first page I want the “Hem” content be together with the “Nyheter” content but I want it all to be on the “Hem” button which is the startpage.

You seem to have been able to remove the author name from posts. Is this issue resolved?

Do you mean to have the content of Hem and Nyheter on a single page?

Auhtor “admin” is still available when I go to the blogg page which is at “Nyheter”
Admin is still visible for me?

And yes, I want the FIRST page to be the Home and Nyheter combined.

My point with this is that I want the text “Välkommen till BRF Domnarvet 10
Detta är vår hemsida där du hittar viktig information och kan läsa om vad som händer i vår förening. För dig som är medlem i föreningen kan du hitta uppdaterad information om vad som gäller i föreningen som ni finner under fliken Nyheter högst upp på webbsidan eller genom att klicka Här.”

And then under it I want the blog to start..

To remove author from the blog page posts
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.blog .entry-meta .author{
    display: none;
}

Regarding the Hem and Nyhter content to be combined. I will look what can be done and get back to you soon.
