Hello,

I switched to Foodie World Free due to previous theme issues with Woocommerce. I have been working on this transition x 2 days & growing weary. I love the theme! I am following theme documentation (Oh no, just closed the one I like by mistake) and have tried to read & figure out my issues without contacting you. But, need help! 1. How do I remove post appearance on website? For example, under service pictures, Login name & date appear.
2. Pictures in Service section on Home page are different sizes and not aligned. Would like all 3 in a row. Can it be done in Free version?
3. In Free version does word “Menu” only show up? I viewed Essential Content Type and viewed comparison list of free vs. pro.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

/* To remove the author and date in Services post */
.services-section article .entry-meta {
    display: none;
}

Can you please enable the Services section on your site so that I can look into rest of the issue?

Hello,

I can do that. I am not sure what I did. I enabled “custom” Hero Content and entered custom text. I wanted my site to have a similar appear to demo site. Homepage did not appear correctly. After hours of trying to correct I just checked box to have theme settings reset to default. 🙁

I believe I need to uninstall then re-install theme again. Service section and Hero Content are no longer appearing on Homepage. Not sure what boxes I have checked and unchecked at this point. I wanted to use template of Demo. Attempt different theme options (Default Template, No Sidebar, Left Sidebar, Right Sidebar) trying to duplicate demo. Then, images and text on homepage became misaligned. I believe I will have to start over again by deleting then uploading theme again. Unable to correct issues.

I did insert CSS code.

You can reset your site and I can provide you the demo content files, you can import the demo on your site and then start editing your site.

Hi Skandha!
I would like to import demo on site. I believe I saw that option. I will try it. I am unable to access previous website text and widgets on home page that begins after the Our Menu section. I would like to delete this section. When I go to Pages>>Home, Front Page the text beginning with “Home” below cupcake picture is not visible in Page Builder for me to delete.

Any help or suggestions you are able to provide would be very helpful. I have been trying to complete this theme update since prior to my submitted question.

Hello!
I imported theme! When customizing Hero content, I changed the “call to action” button text to “shop now.” On the front end pill button now gone, words no longer a clickable link. Can I use Site origin widget button with this theme? I could then just insert Site Origin Widget Call to Action button.

It appears when customizing some elements in this theme widgets are altered and are then difficult to fix.

Any suggestions?

I had to delete theme and its plugins. I regretfully sent an email to request a refund. I really liked this theme and wanted it to work. Can someone reply?
