Hello amazing developer team of JomSom Pro. We have a bug on ipad mini second generation, iphone version 5. I have tested in this devices. So what happen? When you Random click at the menu primary or secondary or refresh sometime the page a slide mobile menu appears at the left and disappear fast in just 1 second. I also removed chache, try a friend to test it on iphone 5 but the bug is here and it’s really unconfortable. IT’s visible live at http://www.natureword.com and on the JomSom pro demo page here at catchthemes.

@skynet: The problem is due to viewport. Please edit jomsom-pro/inc/jomsom-structure.php and go to line 44 and replace following line:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">
with this.
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, minimum-scale=1">
This will fix the menu issue. This will be fixed in the upcoming version.

@skynet: Sorry for the late reply. We tested your site and jomsom pro demo on iphone both landscape and portrait is the menu is working fine (show/hide). Please try clearing cache and check if the issue resolves. Sometimes the issue remain due to caching too.

Sorry Mahesh, cache was deleted all the time as you can see at video too. The problem is present after version 1.2 when its a little lag. So the problem persist and it’s real and for the moment, is not fixed. Same problem at demo page too.
Tested on different samsung galaxy, iphone 5, ipad mini 2, ipad pro. It’s strange you can’t see the bug please do some more tests, i have try on supermarket this days on multiple devices and it’s really unconfortable.

hope you can do inside investigation about this, more “visitor” on my website emailed me about the bug, so it’s real bug and present is not only mine.

If you really want to find the bug i am talking in the video, test the theme in older mobile and ipad version such as iphone 5, ipad mini 2.
Replicate the exact same steps i have done in the video.
