I think you should try disabling the installed plugins in your website. It might be plugin conflict.

I checked in our side and it’s perfectly fine. Please check deactivating the plugins and and let me know please. Thank you.

I found the problem, maybe it’s useful to know it.
It’s an incompatibility with WP Faster Cache, a very used caching plugin.
The settings that make the mobile menu go haywire are:
“Eliminate rendering-blocking JavaScript resources” and “Reduce HTTP requests through combined Js files”
