Hi,

I have the same issue as someone else above but can see it wasn’t resolved (as far as the thread goes).

The logo does not resize for different device sizes, and so it looks perfect on the web version, a bit large on the tablet version and doesn’t fit at all on the mobile version (the right hand side is cut off).

@james_p12 : The suggested image dimensions for logo is  250 by 250 pixels. It looks like you have uploaded a larger logo image than the recommended size. Can you please reduce the logo dimensions and upload it again. Please let me know if you need any further assistance regarding the issue.

Hi Tikaram,

I’ve resized it to 250 x 250 but it now leave huge white gaps above and below, is really blurry and still cuts off on the mobile version…

Please can you advise how we can fix it.

Hi James & Sam,

The suggested max width for the logo is 250px, but the height can be any. I see that you have made the logo 250px by 250px but it has white spaces in your image, so it’s taking the gaps. So, remove the white space from your logo height.

For the mobile crop issue, please update to the latest version and it should work fine.
