    My previous post is now missing.

    THIS IS a support question and I have had no answer from the ‘pre-sales’ contact.

    The theme is producing the error

    License key expired 5 April 2025. Renew?

     

    The theme was purchased April ’24 and this message just appear Sept ’25 for some unknown reason.  The theme was not updated since it was initially installed.  Installed is version 3.4.2

    There is no reason for it that I can see.  We do not require the upgrade since the current version is working just fine for our purposes.  Typically the update is just listed under updates, and doesn’t generate a license message flagged at the top of the page.

    How can this be corrected please?

    Hi Glen,

    Yes, after the update from the subscription plugin, this is happening. It’s just a warning message that shows up there. I will check with the development team and send you an update.

    I didn’t update anything.  I’ll need to let my client know about that message on the site.  It’s annoying to have it there, since so many of the updates are just minor fixes that don’t require a repurchase.  I feel it was fine just to have it come in the update list for plugins.

    Hi Glen,

    This update message was added by our theme license software, and it was updated. On the latest version 3.5.1, we have added License Options in “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options”,from there you can disable that notification.
