    Hi,

    I am using the Clean Magazine theme and since the last days the CT Instagram sidebar widget has been showing ” Instagram has returned invalid data.”

    I tried already clearing the cache, removing and adding again the widget, testing other instagram accounts but with no success.

    Could you give me a hand on this?

    I read there might have been changes with the Instagram API in the last days. Can you confirm?

    @andtzz: There seems to be some issue with the CT:Instagram widget. Please use this plugin till the issue is resolved.

    @Skandha, thanks a lot for the quick reaction and suggestion of backup plugin.

    Let me know, though, as the CT:Instagram widget is back to normal. The possibility of configuring columns and pic sizes was really useful, besides that it was in the theme package.

    In the meantime, the new plugin is covering well the empty space on the page. 🙂

    Hello,

    I am using the Lucida template and I just noticed that I have the same error message ‘instagram has returned invalid data’

    Can you please let me know if you find out what is the issue?
    In the meantime I will try to use the plugin…

    @sarah25370: This issue has been resolved in the latest theme update. Please update your theme.
    Let me know if the issue still persists even after theme update.

    Hi Skandha,

    I noticed also that on the Clean Magazine theme site, the plugin is still giving the error as well (as in”Instagram has returned invalid data”)

    @andtzz: The issue with CT:Instagram widget will be fixed soon in the next theme update. Please use Catch Instagram Feed Gallery & Widget Plugin till then.

    @Skandha,

    hope all is well with you.
    I noticed that there was an update on Catch Instagram Feed Gallery & Widget Plugin on the 7th May, is that right?

    Since then, the plugin on my site is not accepting to select the number of photos anymore (e.g. doesn’t matter what number I enter it is showing most of my instragram posts).

    Any direction on that?

    @Skandha,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I checked it three different computers now. I tried as well removing and adding back the plugin to the site.I also cleared the cash at wordpress but the issue persists.
    The thing is that I have selected to show 9 pictures only and currently there are 20 being displayed, no matter the number of pictures I choose at the plugin settings.

    @Skandha,

    just adding: I have also checked on mobile phones and it’s the same.
    The plugin was working normally early this week and I haven’t made changes to the site since then.
