I used the same widget and the same username in my localsite the images seems to be showing up fine. I will need to look into your site to debug the issue. I will contact you shortly by email.

I am having the same issue with the instagram widget on my website and have tried inserting multiple different instagram accounts. This seems to be a theme issue.

I also have updated to the most recent version of the catch adaptive pro theme (version 2.7.3)

Using a # seems to work, its linking it to an actual account (@gatewaypg) that is not working

Like i said, using a hashtag works, its linking it to a user account that is not working.
