Hello there,

I’m using the free Gridalicious theme at my WordPress site, I’d like to upgrade to PRO, but I hope one thing can be solved, before I buy the theme…

If I’m posting a new message on my site and I want to add media… I don’t get a screen where I can choose/upload a picture. That’s the only thing that’s not working.

I like this theme a lot.

I hope someone can help me.

@PSV_Freak: It might be conflicting with the plugin. So, first try disabling plugin one by one and check in. If this doesn’t fix it then pleas reply with details in email. I will be sending you personal email soon.

I am in the exact same case as PSV_Freak, I’m building the site with the free version and… no more add media pops up !

It happend after the update to the last version OR after an update of the Logo etc. Idon’t know (I was not moinitoring…)
I’ve tested disabling all the plugins and still no add media popup showing.
The only way to get it back is to change to another theme such as twenty fourteen and “tadaaa” add media pops up !
I even tried to get back to the previous version I had downloaded, but as it had no results, I believe it is more a conflict somewhere in the DB.
Any help would be really appreciated. If it is the only way, then, I’m gonna search for another theme…

After some tests here is my point: in pages or posts I can’t have anymore the add media working after upgrade to Gridalicious v 1.0 on WP 4.1.1.
I’ve done the following:
– disable all plugins: still not working
– change to one default theme: it works
– reset Gridalicious free v1.0: not working anymore
– remove (delete) all plugins: still not working
– uninstall theme v1.0 and go to default theme : it works
– install Gridalicious 0.5 : IT WORKS
– update to v1.0 it isn’t working anymore….
Guess you’ll guess, I don’t….
I’ll stick to the free old version then…

@fcourtois: It’s strange as it’s working fine in our server with Gridalicious 1.0. So, I might need to check in your site. I will email you personally.
