How to make classic view default on mobile device:
I noticed that when I view my website on my iPhone6, I see a classic link at the very bottom that when clicked it gives a different view of the website. This classic view is in fact the best view. Is there a way to for this classic view to display whenever anyone accesses the website from a mobile device?
My website: http://chess-instructor.com/
Thanks for your great work!

Either that mobile view is from the plugin are you using or your system have added in mobile. Which is coming from http://mobile.chess-instructor.com/. So, contact your system who did this setup.
You can check our demo that, we only have normal mobile version http://catchthemes.com/demo/catchbox-pro

It’s interesting if I clear history/cache on my iphone and type in the full url then it brings up the classic view. If I type in something like chess-instructor.com, then it seems Safari is adding “mobile.” and it brings up the distorted view.
Please let me know if there is some setting in the theme that could be causing it. Or if perhaps is a setting in Safari that makes it work that way.
Thanks for your reply!

It’s setting from your web hosting server, where you have setup mobile subdomain for your mobile users. So, you can contact your Website hosting server and tell them to remove mobile subdomain http://mobile.chess-instructor.com/

GoDaddy is my web hosting provider. I called them and sure enough they knew what to do to fix it. There was a mobile redirect from a DudaMobile company they used to work with and my website happened to still have the setting turned on. They turned it off and now my website is displaying as expected through the smartphone.
So the solution is to work with your web host to turn the feature off.
Thanks for your assistance!
