Hi,

My website teamvash.com works on desktop but the header video doesn’t work on mobile. I’m using aYouTube URL for the video. Could you please assist?

This is the default WordPress feature that Header Video don’t work on mobile devices. You will need to use our Header Enhancement Plugin to resolve this issue.

I also have a second issue where there’s an image called http://1 somewhere in the code which causes my site to become “not secure” as it needs to be “https” I went through the theme editor but I can’t find this image file.

Nevermind I fixed that issue too. For anyone interested you just go to custom-header.php and remove the space after url( under the background header section

Hi,

I having another issue with this. As per default, video wasn’t playing on mobile devices, so I installed and activated the header enhancement plugin, but for me that breaks the video on desktop as well.

Is there some settings I need to trick with after enabling the enahancement plugin?

Hi,

can anyone help with the above, I’d like to fix the video not playing on Android but as explained, the recommend solution has broken video playing at all, even if I removethe video header, enable the header enhancement plugin and then re-add the video.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I used the same video at my end and it seems to be working fine with the plugin.
