I have tried uploading a video for my header media. It is loading on my laptop, but will not load on my phone. I am not sure what they issue is. I know the file is only 418kb and is the recommended size. I hope you can help.

@vivbong: It is a default feature of WordPress Core. To alleviate concerns about bandwidth, videos are only loaded on the front page for view ports that are at least 900 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall ,so that video is only loaded in desktop/laptop and header Video don’t work on mobile phones. Let me know if you have any other queries!

1) Is there any way to override the home page header video settings that you have described, so that the video also loads in smaller mobile devices?

2) Is there any way to have unique home page header videos to some or all of the sub-pages?

@kaindl: It is quit difficult I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.
