Hi, I see in the demo version that scrolling down the page there is a grid with images and text (including the continue reading link) for Professional Staff, Great Service, etc. I was wondering how can I do that for my website. Thank you!

For that you will need make use of the Services section. You will need to install and activate Essential Content Types Plugin.
Please follow these instructions to add Services section.

Sorry, one more question, is there a way to change the text of the button instead of continue reading? Because the site I’m building is not in English.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Excerpt Options => Read More Text => You can edit the text here.
