    I finally figured out how to add my images into the featured slider however.. the images that I added ended up looking way smaller than the Mt. Everest pics. Any advice on how to adjust my feature image sizes to mirror the sample Mt Everest pics in slider?

    @hjnelson: You need to upload the image of width 1140px and height 450px and set it as featured image in the post. This will make it same as the demo page.
