Hi everyone,

Could you please someone help me with the featured content and slider problem.

I could not add new featured content to my web site. In the section appearance > customize > featured content, new featured content adding options are not seen. Still, I have previously added featured contents on my homepage (in News&Events section), but it is not possible to add a new one. The same problem also exists in the featured slider section as well. Nothing is seen when I enter the appearance > customize > featured slider 🙁

@eren-efeoglu: Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Appearance => Customize => Featured Content
Under Select Content Type : Select Page
Under No of Featured Content : Change the desired number of items and click on publish.
After reloading the page the number of featured content will change Similarly in the featured slider section you can change the number of items and add more items. Let me know if you are still having issue adding more items.

thank you for your interest. But the problem is that when I open the featured slider and featured content sections, I could not see the adding or changing item options, it is totally blank. Actually, a few months ago, there was not any problem at all.

@eren-efeoglu: Have you added any plugins recently or made any changes on your site. Please try deactivating all plugins for testing purpose and activating each one by one so that it would be easy for you to to know the plugin causing the issue. Please follow this link to know more about plugin conflict with our themes.
