Tell me, please, how can I edit the search results page?
In the search results I need to translate into Russian “Continue Reading & Rarr;”. What file should it be done in? I can not translate.
It is possible to do that the search results are not displayed in the line, but the grid (blocks), 3 coils horizontally.
It is not yet possible to display the image to the search results. It is derived from 100%. When I tried to reduce the size of the image in a search results by 20%, then my logo has decreased, it also became small.

To change Continue Reading to Russian
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Excerpt / More Tag Settings => Edit the text and Publish.

I am afraid it is not possible to display search results in grid blocks. If you really need it I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.

You will need add featured image for posts the search results to display image

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.search .featured-image {
    width: 200px;
}
