    The sub menus work great on a web browser but when using an iPad or iPhone the menus with no sub menus work fine but the ones with sub menus don’t work and only sometimes for a split second show then disapear. I tried deactivating all the plug ins and tried deleting all of my custom css to see if I created an error there but so far nothing fixes it. Any ideas?

    When I enable the responsive design the drop down menus work again but when I disable the responsive design it stops working again. I want the responsive design disabled.

    I think I fixed it. Instead of having nothing in the URL for the top menu I added #. Seems to be working now.
