@deej: Hello there,
I have sent you an email along with the demo content .xml file and customzer settings .dat file.
You can use our Catch Themes Demo Import Plugin to import the demo. Activate and Install the plugin.
Then Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Import Demo Data => Now you can Browse and Select the .xml and .dat file to Import Demo Content and Customizer Settings.

It didn’t work out. We installed and activated the free version of the theme, the recommended plugins and demo importer. Selecting the downloaded xml and dat files you provided, we ran the importer. Unfortunately, the result was a pronlonged period of “importing” followed by a non-descript error message: Error: error (0)

Since our server settings for this demo are set exceedingly high, we see no reason why the import should time out as it does. We tested this to determine if we should consider purchasing your themes for some current web projects, but it does not appear we will be doing so at this time. Thanks though for your quick response and support so far.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I tried importing the demo at my end and it was successfully imported without any issue.
I can import the demo content for you if you could provide me your WP Admin credentials. I will contact you shortly by email.

@Skandha: Wow, glad you could help the other guy, but very surprised this thread is not private, since you openly asked for our login creds. We have a common-sense policy against posting private login information in a public or community forum — which this apparently is.

Regarding the login information I did not ask you to post the credentials here in the thread in fact I have already send you an email asking your WP Admin Credentials so that you can safely provide those information.

To import the demo content please install and activate Catch Themes Demo Import Plugin.
Then, Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Catch Themes Demo Import => Then Click Import on the Free Version.
