When updating features on the customize page, it is not being saved when clicking on “Save & Publish”. Any idea what the issue is?

Hi @Alain,

There are a few reasons for this:
1. Plugin Conflict: There might be a plugin that might be causing the issue. Try deactivating your plugins one by one and see if the problem goes away.

2. Server issues: Sometimes, when you are on a shared server, the problem might occur due to insufficient memory. In this case, you will need to contact your server and check.

If these do not solve your issue, then you will need to provide admin access for your site backend so I can see what is really causing the issue. you can send an email to pratik [at] catchthemes [dot] com with the credentials.
