The customize page is blank on the pro version. I moved the site from one url to another on the same server and the old site works fine, but the new one had a blank screen for customize.

the old site is upsetabout.com and the new site is unitedfullservice.com

I use duplicator to move the site and have reinstalled wordpress using the update screen. I have also reinstalled the theme, but now the picture on the front has changed to the default of the theme and i can’t change it. The site is live so I went back to the non pro version so the site looks ok. Would like to use the pro version since I bought it, but need this fixed.

@brokert: Your old site seems to be working fine since it is on WordPress but your new site seems not be using WordPress, Please make sure that your new-site is on WordPress and install the theme. Let me know if you face any difficulty after installing the theme.
