When I go to enter the contact info (email, phone, and address) at the footer. the alignment is messed up. It looks like this. Ive tried resetting the theme and it does the same thing. please help! I can’t figure it out

Also, I am trying to adjust some things in the css, like font size, margins, etc. When I do it through the WordPress dashboard, none of the changes reflect on my site. Any suggestions?

I have been trying to buy the essentials plugin…when I click “buy plugins” in the menu it opens a new tab and logs me out. Then when I go to log in it doesn’t recognize my account info. I have been at this for a half hour and it is still doing the same thing. I am so frustrated, please help

Hi Skandha,

Yes I am still having the issue. It allows me to enter my card info, then it will say I need to be logged in to purchase. Then when I go to log in, it says my username doesn’t exist.

Here is a link of the contact footer: I would like the address to be in the right column.

You must be trying to log in with your Catch Themes Account but to purchase you will need to login with your Catch Plugins. So you will need to sign up first. Hope this resolves the issue.

For Contact Footer issue I will need to have a look at your settings. For that I will need your WP Admin Credentials. I will contact you shortly through email.

To fix the contact footer issue
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

@media screen and (min-width: 667px) {
	.contact-details {
		-webkit-box-orient: horizontal;
		-webkit-box-direction: normal;
		-ms-flex-flow: row;
		flex-flow: row
	}
}
