I have Catch Hide/Remove metadata installed and turned on and the date is hidden but the icon for it (clock) still appears. Suggestions?

Towards the footer there is clock icon, next to the category icon/name.

I have included it below and highlighted the icon.

I also just noticed on mobile the person icon is for the author. I would love to hide that too.

OK we updated the theme. This was our final update.

The author name does not appear to be hidden, and we still have the date icon showing. Any suggestions?

I just check on your site and don’t see any clock icon. But I see the date icon just below your post title. If you want to hide that then you can add the following CSS in “Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS” box:

.post-meta .post-date { display: none; }
