how can I create a gallery using catch gallery?

I try, if I go in the widget section I can, but following the instruction I can’t, for example, I’m in a page or in a post, where is the “Add Media” button?

Edit a post/page => Add New Block => Formatting => Classic Block => Add Media => Create Gallery => Select the images you want in your Gallery => Create New Gallery => Now Select the type and size of the Gallery images you want in the Gallery Settings and Click Insert Gallery.

Let me know if you are still having any issue setting up catch gallery.
