I am looking to purchase the Catch Everest Pro upgrade … Is it a one time fee or is it a yearly payment? It says the price and lifetime warranty but then it says one-year and the price.

@GAHC: Ok I will explain you the payment process. All our Pro and Premium Theme comes with 1 year of Subscription. You can use our theme for multiple domains and for lifetime. But we recommend you to optionally renew your subscription yearly where you will get the benefits of updates, security fixes and new features updates and private support forum access. Renewal is just an option.

Alright. But say I buy a theme and make two sites (or more) for different people, do I have to renew my subscription for their individual sites to get updates or could they get their own (or would they have to)? In theory I would be renewing either way, I am just curious.

@james058: You are allowed to use theme for your own unlimited site but not for different people. You are not authorized to resell or redistribute the theme to third party.

For update, you need to download from your account at http://catchthemes.com/my-account/ and then use the plugin http://catchthemes.com/wp-plugins/catch-updater/
