I have searched the forum and tried a number of CSS changes that I found but still cant get this featured image to center over the content.

@oddboxart: Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Additional CSS box and add the following CSS:

.featured-image.lucida-featured {
	text-align: center;
}
