    I just purchased the Pro version based on the free version. This is really frustrating. The pro version includes a completely BLANK customize panel. There are no options of any kind. Just the “Save and Activate” button. This needs to be addressed — as it seems this was also an issue in another post, but I see no resolution. I’m running the current version of WordPress 4.5.2.

    @Robert:
    Can you try deactivating all your plugins and see if problem persists?
    There seems to be an issue with Jetpack plugin(if your site uses it). Ref

    Hi. THanks for the reply. I deactivated everything. I also took away all of my widgets. Now, instead of seeing the “save and activate button” I only see a white screen.

    So sorry yes. I didn’t think you would see it so quickly! It’s back to your theme.

    Also, I tried installing it on a brand new domain folder — brand new WP installation. So completely clean. Same problem. This would seem to be a WP version problem, yes?

    I filled out the form. This is happening on a second space that contains a completely clean install of WordPress. No plugins, no widgets … nothing. Just WordPress. I can’t see the customizer there either.

    @chd3143: Thanks for contacting us and access. We have been able to solve this issue in version 1.2.1.
