Hi guys,

I am running Catch Base Pro on rt-erfurt.net and as of yesterday, I am expiriencing problems I never experienced before.

First: after inserting a new image into the slider, my entire customized slider was gone and automatically replaced by the default slider.

Second: As soon as I click “Appearances” —> “Customize” or any other option under “Appearances”, I am landing on a blank page:

I can’t acess any setting page anymore. I am lost.

What happened? Please help!

@josefkuhnt: Which WordPress version are you using? I checked your site and you are using Catch Base Pro 3.0.1. This is really old version. The latest available version of the theme is 3.7. I recommend you to update the theme to the latest version. Since lot of changes has been done and more options are added on with the WordPress core updates.

Thanks for the recommendation. I tried to update the damn thing several times over the last days. Here is what happens all the time:

Hi Josef,

Pro theme cannot be updated like this as free themes. You can find the theme’s zip file in https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Download it from there and then use Catch Updater module of Catch Web Tools plugin to update the theme.
