Hello there, I cannot access the dimensions tab in my Clean Journal Pro theme. I am having an issue with a lot of added space showing up between the headline of my posts and the first block and I am not able to remove that space because I am not able to access the Dimensions tab in WordPress using the Clean Journal Pro theme. Question: Does the Clean Journal Pro theme support the Dimensions tab when using Blocks? Please advise. Thank you so much! Robert Wesley Branch
August 5, 2024 at 1:07 am #336837sujeetKeymasterHello @soulmister,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have now added the support for dimensions tab for blocks. You will get a theme update. Please have patience. Thank you.

SujeetAugust 6, 2024 at 1:28 pm #336852Robert WesleyParticipantThank you so much, Sujeet. I appreciate you. The reason I put in the request is because ever since I renewed my license for Clean Journal Pro a few days ago, there’s a large gap of space between the title of each newly created page and the actual start of the content. This has affected every single page on my site that was previously fine before the update to the 3.5.2 version of Clean Journal Pro. So, I’m hoping the Dimensions tab will allow me to remove that space between the Title/Headline and the actual content of each page. Thank you so much! I will patiently await the update.

Glad to hear that it worked for you. If you like the theme and our support then I have a quick request. Could you please leave a review?

Your review will help others know what to expect when they’re looking for the support I offer. Even a sentence or two would be hugely appreciated.

SujeetAugust 7, 2024 at 4:52 am #336860Robert WesleyParticipantI sure can. No problem. For some reason, the theme has created a large space between the title of my page posts and the beginning of the content that is still not being resolved by the Dimensions setting. I had no problem with the 3.0 version of 2020, but when I updated a few days ago to 3.5.2, all of my pages now have this large gap of space between the title and the beginning of the content. I will somehow figure that out. Additionally, even though I have inputed the License key in the Theme section, I’m still getting a message at the top of my dashboard that says ACTIVATE LICENSE KEY. When I try to do that, it doesn’t activate and still says SITE INACTIVE, which may be causing the spacing issues? Still issues that need to worked out that I wasn’t having with this theme before I updated a few days ago.
Nonetheless, I will definitely give you a good review for quickly and efficiently adding the Dimensions tab to the theme, which I greatly appreciate.
Thank you again.

August 7, 2024 at 5:19 am #336863SakinKeymasterHi Robert,
Our system shows that the license key is already active. I have removed it, can you try it now?

SakinAugust 7, 2024 at 5:21 am #336865Robert WesleyParticipantHi Sakin, I just retried it and it says LICENSE KEY ACTIVATED. You’re a magician (smile!). Thank you so very much! Robert!
August 7, 2024 at 5:38 am #336866sujeetKeymasterAugust 7, 2024 at 5:41 am #336867Robert WesleyParticipantYes, that’s exactly the space I mean. That space appears on all the pages, even though the Dimensions spacing settings are set to zero. And it was not there before the update. Now, on my blog posts, there is no spacing issue. But that space appears on all the pages. Thank you for your time spent on resolving this issue. I really appreciate it. Robert!
August 7, 2024 at 5:58 am #336874sujeetKeymasterHi Robert,
This spacing can’t be removed by the dimention tab.
For now you can use the following css code to “Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS” to remove the spacing.
.wp-embed-responsive .wp-has-aspect-ratio .wp-block-embed__wrapper:before { padding-top: 0 !important; }
Please let me know if this worked.
