Hi Sakin, I have changed the background which now fits the screen in terms of width after your remark about the size. However when I scroll down to the footer, I notice a thin white horizontal line. Is this because of the length of the background? The size of the background is 1400×1104.

What I also noticed is that the background is only part visible. If you go to this page http://www.worldfootballguide.com/africa/national-teams/namibia/ you see how the background looks like in full. The yellow is not visible somehow in the background, mainly the green/blue colour.

Is there a way to solve this and the white line?

@Joaozinho: Are you talking about the white border at the top of your footer. Then you can add the following css to remove that border:
#colophon { border-top: none; }
