    Hi there,

I need urgent help, as during the transfer of my website from my subdomain-
dev.bright….. to my main domain- bright…, the slider and colour customisation disappeared! In addition the images I used in the slider have disappeared from my media library!!!! I have been working with the support guys from my hosting company who are great and tried to help but they said this is a theme issue and I ought to contact the developers of the theme to tell me where in the databases the info was stored …… I have no clue as I am NOT a programmer but simply a user and therefore any help on how to resolve this will be much appreciated.
    Thank yoou.

@nadiahri: This is a database issue rather than theme issue. After you’ve successfully transferred the files and the database to the main domain, you’ll need to modify some paths in database. But the color customization should have worked fine.
Since the database transferring is technical, person with a high skilled with technical knowledge is necessary. I recommend you to hire a customizer.

    Dear Mahesh,
I am just starting off my business and cannot afford to hire customizers for every issue I encounter with my site. When I chose both the wordpress and the Catch Pro Theme, I (mistakenly) believed that both would be an easy maintenance without having to hire extra people, or being a programmer…
Sadly, I now realise that I might have been wrong.
I did customize everything again yesterday via your GUI, which s pretty easy and consise to use, I must admit.
However, now I encounter another problem; my slider appears on my wp-admin screen in the mobile version but not when I actually load it on a mobile?!?
This is very puzzling and I do not understand the logic behind it. Do you have any suggestion, apart from hiring a customizer, which can help me sort this out myself?
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
    Regards,
    Nadia

    @nadiahri:
    Hi Nadia,

Sorry for the trouble, for missing links, you have to change the link to your main domain instead of you sub domain. This has to be done in the database and have to be very careful. Repeat the same of all the records with sub-domain URL.
And as for the other issue, no slider in mobile, this is kind of tricky. Are you using any plugins, if so may be it is causing the issue please try disabling you plugins one by one and check if it resolves the issue. Or may be the customization has caused the issue. Please check it with the parent theme and see if the slider works on mobile version.
I checked for the same in our server in mobile and it is working fine. Please check this DEMO LINK

    Let me know further.

    Regards,
    Mahesh
