I am not getting the updates sent to My Account page. The only version in my account, is the version that was available during my original purchase. This happened with the last update and is happening again. Someone from support finally had to email me the update file.
How do I get it this time? Please email it to me or put the update in my account so I can access it.
Just to note…. so far, this purchase has been a very unpleasant and frustrating experience and I do not see myself renewing it again in December.
