@malni: Page name has nothing to do on this, in the above code I’ve provided takes the class of the very page and helps to hide the page title with the CSS.

@malni: For page ids, use Catch Id’s plugin. Catch IDs is a simple and light weight plugin to show the Post ID, Page ID, Media ID, Links ID, Category ID, Tag ID and User ID in the Admin Section Table.
