You can use our Catch Themes Demo Import Plugin to import the demo. Activate and Install the plugin. Then Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Import Demo Data => Now you can Browse and Select the .xml, .dat and .wie file to Import Demo Content and Customizer Settings.

@npl_buzz19: If you are making any changes in the theme I suggest you to make child theme as the changes you make in core files of the theme get lost after you update the theme. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.

@sufti1323:Unfortunately, this is the default functionality of the wordpress theme. The video only works on the desktop mode, while on mobile it is disabled due to the mobile browser who is not using the video background and we have no control over it.The mobile browsers do not automatically play any video to prevent users from consuming data involuntarily.

@sufti1323: The header video is not displayed on small mobile devices because of speed and bandwidth are usually considerations on phones. This is the default feature of WordPress and our theme works on same way. In case of Header Image it is showing perfectly in my mobile can you please check this screenshot. Can you please clear your browser cache and check it once and let me know if this works out!
