I used a Duplicator plugin to migrate the content from one domain to the other. This includes all media files, archives and installer.

There was no option of uploading media files separately.

Can you suggest a way out please.

No I didnt mean adding the header image. I want to change/ add image on the background. I had done it some time back using Custom CSS code, which was suggested to me by your team last year. It was like … Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Custom CSS
But when I am doing it now, I couldn’t fine Custom CSS option.
Please guide further

I purchased the Simple Catch Pro theme version 4 on April 4. But in My Account it says that the Expiration date is April 4?? Why is that. i am not able to upload the latest version of theme on my wordpress website despite the purchase. Please help!

I am still not able to update the theme. I have followed the above steps as you recommended.
1. Downloaded the theme from https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page
2. Installed Catch Web Tools plugin and activated Catch Updater Module

But I am not able to upload the theme. When I click on upload/ add theme, it does not allow me to select files.

Is there a way I can share a screenshot or give remote access to you to help me with this?

I am not able to upload the Version 4 of Simple Catch Pro theme from the Admin panel. The Upload Theme is not clickable

Appearance=> Theme => Add theme => Upload theme (This is not clickable. Not taking me to browser to upload the theme files)

Please guide.

My Account on Catch Theme says that my license key is expired.

Does it get expired after some time and one has to renew it every time?

Customize > Theme options > Footer options

I want to put the sitemap link in the footer editor in Footer Options. Can I do that? Please suggest how. Thanks

1. How to change the text color below the Featured Post Slider.

2. How to change the hover color of Header Text? Presently Active color is White but changes to Black on hovering. How to change it?

3. I want to customize the footer to my name where it says Powered by WordPress | Theme Simple Catch Pro.

Thanks for your update. I found that I had assigned Sales category to the home page and that’s why only sales-related posts were featuring on home page. Have sorted it. Thanks for checking on me. Really appreciate.
