1. Can you try deactivating all your plugins and if Featured Content option show up?

I did two test in Troubleshooting mode.
1. Just only with the Bold Photography Pro theme active: —> no result (the Featured Content didn’t show up).
2. Only with the Bold Photography Pro and with all the Catch required Plugins active —> no result neither.

I am looking forward to your idea and possible solutions.

Thank you for your time and reply.
I did an additional test in troubleshooting mode, and finally I found the issue.

The issue I ‘ve mentioned is causing by the Image Lazyload functionality in Smush Pro.
After disabling this, I have the possibility to change all the settings Customizer.

Afterwards I’ve enabled the Lazyload functionality of W3 Total Cache, without any problem.

So, this case can be closed.
