On http://www.impelpro.com on career page under resources menu there is space on the left and right side of the page, how can I increase the width of the page to 100%. Same is the case with home page, kindly let me know how to do this.

On http://www.impelpro.com I would like to make some of the menus not clickable on our site. For example I have a top level menu called Resources and under it there are pages “News” and “Careers”. I would like to make the menu option Resources not clickable.

also i have enabled the header right section which has the social networking icons and the seach box.

I would like to keep the social networking icons as they are but but only disable the search box which will move the navigation menu bar upward i have tried the bellow custom css but it did not work for me :

#header-content .searchform {
display: none;
}

secondly i would also like to know a easy way to reduce the height of the main slider undernavigation menu bar

Bellow code works for twiter, linkedin, and youtube. How do i do the same for other icons specially i am looking for facebook, google plus, slideshare ??
